Can I cancel a scheduled appointment?
Absolutely – 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment.
If I’m unable to make my scheduled appointment – and I fail to notify you – is there any penalty?
We understand that life happens, so there is no penalty for the first offense. However, you may be discharged from the clinic after a second offense, so please notify us if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.
Can I get refills on the prescriptions I receive from your clinic?
Yes – but you must call our office before your prescription can be refilled.
I’ve already called your clinic with a request, but I’d like an update. Should I call again?
To help keep our call-counts down, please refrain from following up on previously-made requests. We have a record of your request and will contact you as soon as we can.
When will I be billed?
All fees which aren’t covered by your co-pay and percentage insurance are due at the time of the visit.
If I receive narcotics from you, will I need to undergo a drug test?
Yes – if we prescribe you a narcotic, you automatically consent to random drug screenings.
What should I do if an Emergency Room or another provider provides me with a narcotic?
Please be sure to immediately notify us – so that we have a complete record of your medical history.
If I don’t follow the responsibilities mentioned above, what will happen?
We reserve the right to discharge a patient from the clinic if any of these responsibilities are not followed.
